Shopify Drop Shipping Store Operation Manager

I'm in need of an experienced operation manager for my Shopify drop shipping store.

Key Responsibilities:
- Order Fulfillment: Ensuring timely and efficient processing of all orders.
- Inventory Management: Keeping track of stock levels and coordinating with suppliers.
- Customer Service: Handling customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Store Payment Gate: Managing and troubleshooting payment gateway issues.
- Sales Increase: Implementing strategies to boost sales.
- Store Reach: Expanding the store's visibility and reach.
- Refund Process: Managing refund requests smoothly and efficiently.
- Product Sourcing: Identifying and sourcing trending and profitable products.
- UK Bank Account Opening (Consultancy): Providing advice and assistance on opening a UK bank account.
- Other Requirements: Addressing any other operational challenges that may arise.

The ideal candidate should have:
- Proven experience managing an ecommerce store, particularly drop shipping.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- A track record of driving sales growth.
- Experience with Shopify is a must.
- Knowledge of UK banking procedures is a plus.
