Shopify Dropshipping Store Setup (Broker-Based & Halal-Compliant)
Project Overview:
I’m launching a halal-compliant dropshipping business using Shopify where I act as a broker, not a product owner.
This project must follow Islamic business ethics — meaning full transparency, no deception, and no selling what isn’t owned.
The developer will be responsible for setting up and customizing a modern, branded Shopify store from scratch based on this model.
What You’ll Do:
Shopify Setup:
• Accept invite to my Shopify account
• Configure store settings (region, currency, shipping, taxes, etc.)
• Integrate 1 dropshipping app (e.g. DSers, Spocket, Zendrop, or similar)
Store Design:
• Create a modern, clean, and mobile-friendly layout
• Apply my logo, brand colors, and font
• Include smooth UI/UX transitions/animations
Product Upload:
• Upload and set up 10–20 sample products
• Add supplier-related info per product:
• Estimated shipping time
• “Shipped by partner supplier” note
• Specific refund/return info (I will guide you)
Pages Setup:
Create and link the following pages:
• Home
• Collections / Shop
• Product Detail
• About Us
• Contact Us
• Refund Policy
• Shipping Policy
• Terms of Service
• Privacy Policy
and other pages if needed
Each product need to have its policies from directly the supplier
Note: I will provide all the policy content (you only need to implement and style it properly).
Islamic Model Compliance:
• Ensure product pages mention that items are fulfilled by a supplier
• Do not present me as the product owner
• At checkout or cart, include a line like:
“By placing your order, you authorize us to act as an agent to source this item from our supplier on your behalf.”
Final Testing:
• Test one full order flow (cart → checkout → supplier fulfillment)
• Ensure email notifications and returns go to me
Requirements from You:
• Strong Shopify design + development experience
• Experience with dropshipping integrations
• Ability to follow ethical and clear product communication
• Bonus: familiarity with Islamic business principles (preferred, not required)
Timeline:
Looking for delivery within 7–14 days maximum.
