Dropshipping Assistant for Taobao Product Bundling, Repacking, and Shipping in Mainland China
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
We are looking for a reliable assistant based in mainland China to help with receiving Taobao goods, bundling and repacking products, shipping orders domestically, and managing light inventory and returns.
Responsibilities
1. Product bundling, assembly, and repacking: Receive items ordered from Taobao, typically around six packages. Complete simple assembly tasks such as removing and disposing of outer packaging, inserting batteries, adding labels or package inserts, and repacking items into a single boxed unit.
2. Domestic freight forwarding: Ship completed packages to customer addresses within China using SF Express. You will reference our internal database for shipping details and update tracking information after dispatch.
3. Storage and inventory: Store a small amount of extra inventory, approximately the size of two shoeboxes. Update inventory quantities once per month.
4. Returns handling: Receive returned items and record them in our internal spreadsheet.
Workload and requirements
• Average workload is 5-10 hours per month.
• Applicants must be located in mainland China.
• No prior experience is required; we are happy to train someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable using basic phone or desktop applications.
• Turnaround is flexible, but ideally packages should be processed within two days of notification.
• This is intended to be a long-term role, with light but recurring work for someone dependable and organized.
