I’m ready to launch an online shop that seamlessly sells a curated mix of products—children’s books and coloring books via IngramSpark (or any comparable POD publisher), print-on-demand t-shirts, bags, mugs, and bottles through a Printful/Printify-style integration, plus “story-adjacent” décor such as wind chimes, bird houses, and hummingbird feeders sourced from reliable drop-shippers.
Platform isn’t set in stone; I’m comfortable with Shopify, Squarespace, or another solution you can justify. What matters is a polished storefront, friction-free checkout, and an effortless fulfilment workflow.
Key outcomes I need from you
• Advise on the best platform based on product mix, scalability, and integration support.
• Design and configure the store (theme selection, navigation, branded pages) with full mobile responsiveness.
• Integrate a print-on-demand supplier (Printful, Printify, etc.) and connect any additional drop-shipping sources needed for the specialty merchandise.
• Upload my existing artwork, modify it where necessary—for example, creating seamless wraps for mugs or adjusting resolution for apparel prints—and apply it to products.
• Build out each product listing with compelling copy, variant options, and optimized images.
• Set up purchase links, secure payment gateway, and test the entire checkout flow.
• Optional but desirable: on-page SEO fundamentals and performance tweaks so the site loads quickly on mobile.
• Links to social platforms
• Capture customer contact information for future marketing
Acceptance criteria
1. All sample products are live, purchasable, and routed correctly to each supplier.
2. Artwork displays crisp and professional across devices and print previews.
3. Admin dashboard clearly shows automated order syncing and inventory status.
4. I can add or edit products on my own with a brief hand-off guide.
