China Dropshipping Product Sourcer

I need someone already living in China—ideally close to the wholesale hubs in Guangzhou—who can act as my eyes and hands on the ground. Your day-to-day work will be to visit local suppliers, confirm that each dropshipping item meets the agreed quality, quantity, and packaging standards, photograph or video-document the checks, and then arrange shipment to customers or third-party warehouses worldwide. Because my catalogue changes quickly, the inspections have to happen every single day, not weekly or monthly.

For the first two months I will pay on a commission basis tied to the value of goods successfully verified and dispatched; once we know the workflow is solid, we can sit down and renegotiate a fixed or hybrid pay structure.

Deliverables I expect from you:
• A brief quality-control report and media proof for every batch inspected
• Real-time messaging the moment an issue appears so I can decide on replacement or refund
• Courier hand-off documentation and tracking numbers uploaded the same day

If you already have relationships with Guangzhou suppliers or freight forwarders, mention that when you reply—speed matters just as much as accuracy on this project.
