We are an e commerce company based in the Netherlands
that currently operates across Europe.
We are looking for a jack-of-all-trades to join our customer service team.
Are you stress resistant, flexible, working with a computer is breeze for you and do you pick up new tasks quickly? Are you a team player who is goal-oriented and energised by achieving goals? Then you might be the person we are looking for.
The range of tasks includes first answering all e-mails from different shops on a daily basis. You must be strong in complaint handling and problem solving. Common sense is a must! Keeping the customer happy but also the company!
The position is 6 days a week and long-term so if you are looking for a short assignment you are not at the right place.
