Fix fault with uploading files to Dropbox from an aspx site

We have a system where students log into an aspx file to submit a bio. The system labels it correctly and then uploads it to Dropbox. The system was working well and then stopped functioning a day ago. We made no changes so we think there was something that happened at Dropbox. We urgently need the system to be working again.
