I am looking for a skilled professional who can implement the inertial system adjustment function on a VTOL aircraft. The purpose of this implementation is to enhance navigation accuracy.
If positioning using GPS is not possible, the aircraft continues to fly using the inertial positioning system. I am interested in the possibility of manually correcting the current position of the onboard inertial system by substituting coordinates from the Mission Planner map. Currently, the aircraft is equipped with mechanical gyroscopes. There are no specific requirements or limitations for the new system.
