Drone component selection

I’m looking to build a very small drone intended for “scouting”. It can be used to assist hikers, explorers, and possibly law enforcement. I know I’ll need a camera able to identify objects via programming and take pictures, a light, electromagnet attachment to enable holding onto magnetic objects, and sonar with necessary sensors for orienting and determining how close or far the drone is from obstacles or objects.
