Urban Drone Topographic Mapping

Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR

I need a precise drone survey of an urban site to feed my Mapping and GIS workflow. The flight should capture everything required to create accurate, georeferenced topographic maps that plug straight into ArcGIS / QGIS and Civil 3D.

The job covers:

• A single urban area (≈___ ha; I’ll confirm exact boundaries on award) flown at an altitude and overlap that supports <5 cm ground sampling distance.
• Ground control or RTK/PPK so vertical and horizontal accuracy stays within survey-grade tolerances.
• Post-processing to deliver an orthomosaic, digital surface model (DSM), digital terrain model (DTM) and the final contour/topographic map in GeoTIFF + shapefile/DXF.
• A brief methodology note describing flight parameters and the software stack you used (e.g., Pix4D, DroneDeploy, Agisoft Metashape).

Acceptance criteria
1. Horizontal accuracy ≤5 cm, vertical ≤7 cm (validated with checkpoints).
2. Contours generated at the interval we agree (likely 0.5 m).
3. All data opens without error in ArcGIS Pro 3.x.

Turnaround within one week of flight is ideal; let me know if weather or local regulations might stretch that. Airspace here is unrestricted, but I’ll supply any municipal permits you need.

Send a short note confirming your drone platform, sensor resolution and RTK/PPK capability, plus one sample urban topo you’ve produced. I sign off as soon as the acceptance criteria are met and the dataset downloads cleanly.
