Talented Drone Pilot Needed

Help me with a simple test.
I need to make sure that my DJI Mini, E99 Pro or similar small drone can fly safely with the following conditions:
- Hang a 5m thick wire below.
- And secure the other end to a valcony or person.
Then do a flight test.
Then remove the wire and test again under the next case.
- Attach a small payload (about 50-100g) to the end.
The goal is to check the following:
- Can the drone hover and stay stable?
- Can it move without shaking too much?
- Are there any problems with flight time or control?
