Residential Drone, 360° & Still Photography

I need complete visual coverage of a residential property, inside and out. The assignment calls for three distinct asset types: classic high-resolution stills, sweeping aerial perspectives captured by drone, and an immersive 360-degree virtual tour that buyers can navigate online.

You’ll handle interior rooms and exterior areas, lighting each scene professionally and making small staging adjustments where helpful. Your own gear—a DSLR or modern mirrorless setup, licensed drone, and a 360 camera such as Matterport or Ricoh Theta—is required. After the shoot, please colour-correct, straighten verticals, remove distortion, and deliver web-optimised versions alongside full-resolution originals. The virtual tour should arrive fully stitched, hosted for preview, and ready to embed on the MLS.
