MLS Vacant Land Photography
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I’m preparing a vacant-land listing for the MLS with a ouse showign on that landand need a complete set of images that will pass their quality checks and draw buyers in. The parcel is currently empty, so every shot has to communicate scale, boundaries, surroundings, and the site’s potential without the help of buildings or staging props.
Here’s what I have in mind:
• A balanced mix of perspectives—drone-level to show acreage and borders, ground-level to convey terrain and access, and a couple of clean map overlays or plat snapshots for orientation.
• Sharp, well-lit files delivered in MLS-ready JPEG (minimum 3,000 px on the long edge).
• Light editing in Lightroom or Photoshop for exposure, color, horizon leveling, and simple object removal where needed; nothing that misrepresents the property.
• A quick recap of what each photo depicts (for captioning later).
If you already own a drone and the gear to shoot RAW, that’s perfect, but I’m flexible—as long as the final gallery tells a clear story of the land, I’m happy.
