Drone-Based Environmental Impact Categorization

I am assembling an environmental engineering team that can help me classify the impacts of mine, military, and other government projects on water, air, cultural resources, and wildlife by turning high-resolution drone data into clear, decision-ready categories. The heart of the job is the capture and processing of LiDAR and hyperspectral imagery; every result you deliver will feed directly into regulatory filings and mitigation plans.
Scope of the survey
The flights will cover:
• Urban areas
• Forests
• Mining sites
• Habitat edges and corridors
Key tasks and expectations
• Plan and execute drone missions with LiDAR and hyperspectral payloads that meet FAA and local requirements.
• Generate orthomosaics, point clouds, spectral indices, and any ancillary GIS layers needed to highlight anomalies or sensitive zones.
• Cross-reference the remote-sensing output with existing environmental baselines so that each site is cleanly tagged for water-quality risk, air-quality risk, cultural-resource proximity, and wildlife disturbance.
• Package results into a concise, reproducible report that a regulatory reviewer can follow without extra explanation.
Acceptance criteria
1. Spatial accuracy within 10 cm (LiDAR) and 1-meter spectral georegistration.
2. A single-click dashboard (ArcGIS Online, QGIS, or similar) displaying categorized impact layers.
3. Full mission log, processing steps, and metadata delivered in ISO-compliant format.

Include the aircraft and sensor models you fly, the software you process with, and a brief note on how quickly you can mobilize to new sites.
