Contract Real-Estate Videography
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
My real-estate media business works with top agents in the Lawton, Chickasha, and Oklahoma City areas. I am ramping up production and would like to have a videographer willing to fill in when needed. The assignment covers everything from shooting interiors, exteriors, agent videos, and neighborhood b-roll for finished clips that pop in the first three seconds.
We’ll publish each piece on:
• Instagram
• Facebook
• YouTube
• TikTok
Here’s how the workflow should run. You visit the property, capture 4K footage—stabilized walk-throughs, dramatic drone reveals, if needed an agent video, and detail close-ups—then deliver all footage per listing: a vertical 9:16 cut optimized for Reels/Shorts and a horizontal 16:9 version for YouTube. I rely on quick turnaround, so a rough cut within 24 hours keeps us on schedule.
No editing, just upload raw footage and you are done. If you already have a drone capable of shooting horizontal and vertical format and drone license (required), please highlight that.
This is a contract arrangement with recurring shoots. When you reply, include:
• A link to a reel YOU personally shot that shows real estate or similarly styled promotional work
• Your per-property or day rates and any travel limits. Initial pay per shoot is capped at $100, but depending quality of work and work ethic, pay will be evaluated and adjusted accordingly.
Must have a reliable vehicle and equipment capable of filming 4K 60fps minimum.
I have listings ready for filming, so I’d like to lock in a collaboration as soon as possible.
In-person meeting will be required and you will be required to sign an NDA if chosen
