Web site builder who has atleast 5 years experience and stays in hyderabad

I'm looking to create an e-commerce website and need help from an experienced web builder who has at least 5 years of experience in web site creation. The website must be custom-built and adhere to certain design and functionality requirements which I have detailed out. I'm based in Hyderabad, so someone local would be preferable.
