I need a “realism” style artist

Hiya! I’m looking for someone to design a realistic style design for me.

I would like a single strand of thick rope/ship rope entwined with some seaweed or other underwater plants/leaf that I could use for my next tattoo. It’s going to go around the top of my upper arm, around my inside crease and back around my elbow. I have attached some reference photos for a better idea of what I’m thinking. I already have a conch shell so I’m looking to start a sleeve and this is my first step/idea. Thank you
