I need a drawing for minor incident

I am set on my budget which is $10 and need this done in next 6hrs
Please see the below google image screen shots that show where the incident happened to help with the scratch. 

- the incident happened on Queens parade after turning left off Alexandra Parade: 


- I was in the left hand hand lane as per the first picture, so I had to turn left. 


- the right hand land also goes straight and continues on Alexandra parade. 


- as I proceeded to turn left on to queens parade, you’ll see in the second picture there is a broken white line, after turning the corner I began to merge on to the right hand land on Queens Parade. 


- the other car involved and the accident appeared to be going straight ahead on Alexandra parade as I was turning in to queens parade. 


- at the park minute he took a hard left turn to speed down queens parade: 


- at this time i was already half way over the white lane and almost fully in the right hand lane.


- the other driver sped past me and went wide around me, trying to overtake me so to speak and not get stuck behind me. 


- as he sped past me the front right hand driver side number of my car, has hit his rear passenger bumper. 


We then both pulled over on queens parade to swap details. 


I need to some how show the positioning of my car and then the other driver appearing to go straight, then make the hard turn and trying to go around me when I had almost finished merging.
