I need an artist

My wife’s father passed away last year and I would like to find someone who could produce a charcoal drawing from a photograph as something that my wife could hang proudly in her office. We have the attached picture at home and whilst obviously the image would be very different I am looking for something of similar quality. I have guessed the budget. Many thanks.
