Small Realistic Portrait Painting

Hi there! I am getting married in a few weeks. I lost my mom a few years ago. I had an idea to get a painting made of my family at our wedding venue. I would be looking for 3 of the same paintings - one for myself, one for my dad, and one for my sister. The painting would have to be a compilation of different photos - is that something you’d be able to do? I made something in photoshop as a very rough concept, but it isn’t exact, of course (I can also send you all of the individual photos) Let me know your thoughts.
