Realistic Illustration for Children's Book Cover

I need a realistic children's book cover hand drawing of a little Latino girl with wavy black hair wearing a lavender dress in a garden. The cover is the first phase. The chosen freelancer within our budget will be awarded the full book. The freelancer must not need a lot of direction, and must be detailed, fast, and be a good communicator, with samples of children's books that you have drawn!
