Minor variance

I need to apply for a minor variance to city of Hamilton . I am applying for a building permit which allows a secondary dwelling unit in my semi detached home , but as I only have one parking space , the variance is to allow just one space . I did submit with my drawings but they said they couldn’t see lot lines etc. I need the variance in order to proceed with the building permit . I . Luc
