Minimalistic Portrait Logo Needed

I need an artist to create a minimalistic line drawing (suggested media: ink, charcoal, monochrome wash) based on a grainy, low-rez photo of a historic figure. In order of importance, 1. the drawing should focus on resembling the woman in the image, rendered with a confident expression, and 2. the composition should be recognizable at a reduced size. Artist must be comfortable reimagining features that have been obscured to create a realistic portrait of an historic figure. Styled items like her glasses, hat, hair, etc. don't need to match photo but must be period-correct for late 1920s in the northeastern United States. This artwork will be used in a printed book and marketing for same. Deliverable must be print ready, preferably 4320 x 5400 px and DPI of 300. Ideal candidate is skilled at portraiture.
