Matching painting and plate

I'm buying a decorative floral plate, which I plan to mount on a matching painting (inspo is in the pictures). Would preferably be an oil painting but watercolour is also fine. Finished product would be approximately 40cm by 40cm, but would only need to painted around the edges and would have plenty of blank space. Willing to pay extra for shipping if needed :)
