Looking for a draftsman who can do quick handmade sketches (only hand made, no 3D rendering!)

I need someone which is able to quickly produce hand made sketches/drafts of architectural interior/exterior spaces with furniture, green, decorations. I need that the artist is able to partially improvise by it's own certain undefined aspects and the mood of the sketches. I do not need "perfect" sketches. I need sketches from which a person can roughly identify mood, furniture type, furniture positioning, and so on. For the current project i need roughly 12 sketches, each with about 2-3 revisions/corrections. The spaces are relatively simple and classic. See attached reference sketches.
