Illustrator needed to draw a scene of boat + dog

I’m looking for someone to illustrate this scene - my husband + our dog diving off of his family’s houseboat. I’m open to different methods - pencil drawing, watercolor, etc. our dog is in the last stages of her life, and this is one of their favorite things to do together.
