House drawing

I want a hand drawn picture of my boyfriend’s childhood home I would like to get him as a gift. He grew up in Colorado and we now live in Indiana. I would like to somehow possibly talk over the phone or skype with someone interested to better explain how I vision the drawing. I want it to look very realistic and not cartoon-like. Most of the websites featuring artists that draw home paintings make them look that way. I want it in color, but not too saturated. I want to bring out the colors, shades, shadows and kind of glow Colorado has in the morning In this picture without having it look too bright.
