Chalkboard artist top gun theme

I am looking to hire a chalkboard artist to create a top gun chalkboard for a project I'm working on. The chalkboard should have a size of 10 ft by 4 ft. Ideal freelancers should provide detailed project proposals in their application in order to be considered. There is no strict deadline in place and applicants should indicate their date availability in the proposal. Sales environment fighter pilot ranker, recognition, promotions.
