Artist for chest cover-up tattoo

I have 3-4 tattoos on my chest i would like to get covered 2 are all black about 3in wide and 6in long and the other 2 have color but in different areas on my chest i have been wanting it done for about 4 years and i have had the tattoo for 13 years. I am having a problem finding something that works not just to cover but that fits me as well. I am a very upbeat negative person who is borderline bipolar. I am a libra and i like to hold ot to be true. Im constantly trying to find balance and i can see most sides of a story unless the bipolar switch happens then im stuck at on side or the other. I would like someone who has walked that find line between darkness and inanity? Yet finds joy in it. I have a basic idea of what i would like but for the most part im leaving the style and design up to you?
