ER diagram

I need someone who has skills about ER diagrams, (after contacting me I will tell you the topic of ER diagram)
Two tasks:
Build the ER Model using one of the software tools: Microsoft Visio, Draw.io or Lucidchart
Convert the ER Model into Relational Model Schema and describe all the relations
