Sales Cold Call Flowchart Design
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a clean, intuitive flowchart that guides a sales rep step-by-step through a cold call. The diagram must begin with the introduction and greeting, move into lead-qualifying questions, and branch into the most common objection-handling routes before showing next actions or call closure. Clarity, logical sequencing, and easy readability at a glance are crucial because the chart will be printed in our playbook and embedded in our onboarding deck.
Feel free to build in Visio, Lucidchart, Draw.io, or any comparable tool—as long as the final file remains fully editable. Colors and icons are welcome if they enhance understanding, but keep the overall look professional and on-brand neutral.
Deliverables
• Editable source file (Visio .vsdx, Lucidchart link, or Draw.io .xml)
• High-resolution PDF and PNG exports
• Brief legend or note if you use any non-standard symbols
Acceptance criteria
• All three stages—introduction & greeting, lead qualification, objection handling—are clearly represented with logical decision branches.
• No dead ends: every path directs to a defined next step (appointment setting, nurture, or disqualify).
• Text remains legible when printed on A4 without scaling.
Once I approve the initial draft, a single revision round will finalize layout and wording.
