Artitect/ engineer

The shell is being built by the manufacturer. And they are supplying the structure plans and diagrams. I will be the owner builder contractor for the inside. Plumbers and electricians will do the initial work on the house. I will attach the toilet, sinks, sockets to the junction box. I will need the electrical, plumbing, framing, and whatever else is required. Not for the structure. I live in Florida, Putnam county. The person that does the work must be in Florida or licensed to work in Florida.
