Dug out previously filled swimming pool to build an underground root cellar. The hole is 15 ft. x 32 ft. . Desire to pour concrete root cellar, 12 ft. x 20 ft. with 6 ft. high walls, that will support weight of 2 1/2 ft. of dirt.
