I have a single family home and I need drafting services to create the Construction Documents in order to get a permit through the city of Phoenix. This is a single family home located in the city of Phoenix. The existing home is 2,500 SF, I will be remodeling approximately 1,200 SF of it, constructing a 1,500 SF ADU, and a 450 SF cabana.
