2-bedroom 2-story ADU Blueprint
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I'm looking for a detailed blueprint for a rustic/modern farmhouse, 2-bedroom guest house (ADU). This structure should be two stories.
Key requirements:
- First floor not to exceed 950 sq ft
- 2 bedrooms on the first floor. jack and jill (1 full bathroom first floor)
- also on first floor: kitchen, dining, living, foyer, washer and dryer.
-living/dining should have vaulted ceilings. other areas to be 9' ceilings
-Second floor should only be one oversized room with large closet and attached full bathroom. attached observation deck of about 100 sq ft
- spiral stair case going from first floor to second floor (interior)
-exterior observation deck should have normal stairs going up. french doors leading into upstairs room.
I tried getting chatgpt to make an image for me, but chat was drunk (see image attached)

- Strong drafting and blueprint creation skills
