auto cad design and drawings

I am in need of an AutoCAD designer to create engineering drawings for my project. The ideal candidate should have experience in engineering and be able to work with general guidelines to create intermediate level detailed drawings. The project does not have specific measurements, but rather general guidelines for the designer to follow.
