Wastewater Plant Civil Drawing Set

I already hold the master site plan and architectural layout for our upcoming wastewater treatment plant; what is missing is a full civil construction drawing package. I need you to take those base files and generate clear plans and sections that show every structural detail—especially the construction of the intermediate walls—so a contractor can build directly from your documents.

Scope
• Develop plan views and cross-sections for the entire WWTP footprint, tying all dimensions back to our existing grid and benchmarks.
• Highlight the intermediate wall system: footing sizes, rebar schedules, wall elevations, joint details, and any block-outs for process equipment or piping penetrations.
• Coordinate levels with incoming and outgoing pipe inverts so influent and effluent structures line up correctly; use the spot levels already indicated on the master plan.
• Annotate all drawings with reference call-outs, notes, and material specs consistent with standard wastewater design practice (ACI, AWWA, local code).

Deliverables
1. Civil GA plan (DWG + PDF)
2. Minimum two longitudinal and two transverse sections of the intermediate wall zone (DWG + PDF)
3. Detail sheets for wall joints, reinforcement laps, and pipe sleeves
4. A brief calculation or design note justifying wall thickness and reinforcement (PDF)

Acceptance Criteria
• All files open cleanly in AutoCAD 2018 or later, layers named logically.
• Dimensions cross-check within ±5 mm against the base drawing grid.
• No conflicts between plans, sections, and detail call-outs.
