Villa Furniture Shop Drawings

I am looking for precise shop drawings for all movable furniture in a modern-style villa. You will receive complete 3D renderings and the floor plans so you can extract sizes and layouts directly from our approved design.

Scope
• Living room pieces: sofa set, coffee and side tables, TV console, bookshelves, accent chairs.
• Bedroom pieces: beds, nightstands, dressers, study desks, vanity units, loose benches.
(All items are freestanding; no built-ins or custom shelving are required.)

What I expect in the final package
1. Fully dimensioned plans, elevations and sections for every item, ready for fabrication.
2. Exploded views showing joinery, hardware and assembly logic.
3. Material and finish call-outs that match the modern aesthetic specified in the renderings.
4. A single PDF sheet set plus individual DWG files so my millworker can use them directly.
5. A concise revision round after my carpenter reviews the drawings.

Preferred software is AutoCAD or a compatible drafting tool, but I’m open as long as the DWGs are clean and layer-organized.
