Urgent Signage DA Designs

I'm urgently seeking a talented draftsman or architect to prepare a development application for digital signage with Yarra Council. This DA requires two specific drawings:
- A detailed illustration showing how the digital signage will be incorporated into a window placement, including precise dimensions and aesthetics.
- A comprehensive street plan identifying neighbouring buildings, their windows, and the purposes they serve to demonstrate the visual impact of the proposed signage.
