Update DWG/EDRW File Cross Hatching

I'm looking for an experienced drafter to make specific modifications to an existing DWG / EDRW file.
Key Requirements:
- Specifically, edit the layers of four areas (Area 1, 2, 3, & 4), revising the cross hatching to depict removable platforms
- Expand the current cross hatching shown in green for Area 1 to include the red areas.
