Update CAD Electrical Drawings Needed
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
We have drawings by engineers, we seek talent to update these drawings per local/federal/NFPA/PG&E Greenbook codes and requirements.
Updates will be based on findings/changes found and needed on an ad-hoc basis.
Updated drawings will be submitted back to us for engineer for review and sign.
Example of required updates:
1. Vault elevations at the corners and center of the vault
2. Distance from the vault to Signs, streetlights, driveways, and the sidewalk curb face. Signs and streetlights will have to be google earth and review of site pics in the folder.
3. Property line call out
4. All dimension in decimal feet (adjust from fractions)
5. Slip coefficient of friction for lift out panels. (this may be detailed within the Greenbook?)
6. Existing and proposed new spot elevations, in positive decimal feet, fronting the property and at least 15 feet into the adjacent parcels.
Show spot elevations at BW back of walk, with corresponding elevations at the Top of Curb (TC) and at the Flow Line (FL). Interval not greater than 25 feet.
At grade breaks with corresponding BW, TC and FL
