Stamped R-1A Site Plan Drawings
Budget: $10,000 – $20,000 USD
I have 50 build-ready acres in Mount Sterling, Kentucky, already zoned R-1A, and I’m preparing a subdivision of single-family homes. To secure planning-and-zoning approval I need a Kentucky-licensed professional engineer to produce and stamp the full drawing package.
Scope
• Concept‐to-permit site plan showing lot layout, rights-of-way, utilities, grading, drainage, erosion control, and any required easements.
• Sheet set must satisfy Montgomery County Planning & Zoning submission standards and the Kentucky State Board of Licensure for Professional Engineers.
• Final deliverables: sealed PDFs plus two wet-signed paper sets ready for board review.
I will supply the preliminary survey, legal description, and zoning ordinances. Please let me know your anticipated timeline, any additional data you need, and the number of review cycles included.
