Stair Building & Site Plan
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need a licensed architect in the State of Michigan, US, to modify the attached plan which needs a small change requested by the municipality. The plan must be signed and sealed. The current plan was completed by another Freelancer who is no longer on the platform and used someone else's name/license fraudulently. Although the plan was done mostly correctly, I obviously cannot use it. If you are not licensed in the State of Michigan, do not respond.
Basically what is needed is to reproduce the current plan as is with a couple of minor changes.
1. Add a simple site plan.
2. Add a dimension at the bottom of the stairs that is not currently shown (will discuss details).
3. Change "North Up" orientation.
I will check Freelancer responses periodically as I am in the field most of the day - so please be patient if I do not immediately respond to you.
