I have a complete set of architectural drawings for a new single-family house and now need a detailed electrical plan to match. The job is straightforward: lay out every outlet, switch, light point, circuit, and panel location so the contractor can build exactly what is drawn and the inspector can sign off first time around.
I will send you the floor plans in PDF and DWG; you return scaled drawings with a clear legend, circuit schedule, panel schedule, and load calculations that comply with the latest NEC and local code. If you see opportunities for smarter routing, energy-efficient lighting, or room for future expansion, feel free to note them in the drawings or a short design brief.
Please deliver:

• Load calculation worksheet
If you work in AutoCAD, Revit, or a similar tool that keeps everything clean and editable, that’s perfect. All files should be ready for the builder to print at 1/4" = 1'-0" scale.
