CA PE Seismic Drawing Review

Job ID: 40572167

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

I have a permit set covering a new run of warehouse storage racks plus several EV–charging stations for a site in Poway, California. Before I submit to the city, I need a California-licensed civil (or structural) engineer to review the plans for two things:

• Full compliance with the current California Building Code
• Seismic adequacy of the warehouse rack design in line with ASCE 7 and CBC Chapter 23

You do not need to check fire, electrical, or accessibility items—those are handled elsewhere. The EV-charger portion is already covered for seismic; the racks are the only elements that still need your stamp.

Deliverables
1. Mark-ups or red-lined PDF of my drawings highlighting any code or seismic issues
2. If revisions are required, a brief memo or calculation supplement showing how to correct them
3. Once everything satisfies you, a signed and stamped letter—or directly stamped sheets—acceptable to the City of Poway plan reviewer

The entire package is ready to send in PDF and DWG formats. Turnaround inside one week would keep my schedule on track, but let me know if you need a little longer.
