Rural small (tiny) House Drafting and consulting.

Job ID: 39986982

Budget: $15 – $25 AUD

I’m ready to move my rural tiny-holiday-house concept from sketches into fully detailed drawings and need another set of skilled hands on Archicad 28 (or a closely-compatible BIM package) to get there.

The brief
• A rustic look and feel is non-negotiable—think warm timbers, corrugated iron accents and proportions that blend into bushland rather than fight it.
• Internal area will sit a little above the usual “tiny” label—expect something just over 40 m².
• I’m leaning toward a straightforward layout with distinct, separate rooms rather than an open loft.

Scope of collaboration
You’ll take my preliminary ideas, notes and mood boards and translate them into:
1. A clean Archicad model with layers and view maps set up for plans, elevations, sections and schedules.
2. A site plan that logically positions the build alongside septic, rain-water tanks and any other services we select. Bushfire setbacks and rural council guidelines must be considered from the start.
3. PDF drawing set ready for council pre-lodgement feedback.

I’m based in Australia and find it far easier when we can work in (or close to) the same time zone for live screen-share sessions, quick red-lines and occasional phone calls. If you’re interstate that’s fine—just be prepared to jump on a call during normal AEST business hours.

If you know Archicad shortcuts like muscle memory and enjoy turning rustic inspiration into constructible details, let’s chat.
