Philippine Restaurant Electrical Approval Drawings
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a electrical designer who can prepare an approval-ready electrical plan for my 160 sqm restaurant in the Philippines. I already have an architectural layout drafted, so you can work directly from that file.
The goal is to produce a complete electrical design package that satisfies local permitting requirements and aligns with the Philippine Electrical Code. I will submit these documents to the city engineer, so accuracy and compliance are critical.
Key tasks
• Review my existing layout and identify optimal circuit routes, panel locations, and load calculations.
• Produce a stamped electrical plan (PDF + DWG) showing branch circuits, breaker schedules, lighting and receptacle layouts, grounding, and single-line diagrams.
• Include any notes or legends typically requested by Philippine permitting offices so the plan can be approved on first submission.
I will supply the current floor plan in CAD and any available utility information. Please outline your approach, relevant experience with Philippine restaurant projects, and the software you use (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar). A quick turnaround is preferred, but quality and compliance come first.
