I need a qualified civil engineer to prepare a complete General Arrangement (GA) plan for a residential build. The site is intended for a private home, so accuracy in layout, levels, and clear notation is essential for council submission and contractor coordination.
Scope
You will translate my project brief and any sketches or measurements I supply into a fully detailed GA plan. Expect to show overall site layout, building footprint, key dimensions, grid lines, spot levels, and basic service corridors so the architect, surveyor, and builders can all work from the same drawing.
Deliverables
• Scaled GA plan in DWG and PDF
• Title block with project data, north point, legend, and revision table
• Layered file structure suitable for easy updates
• Compliance with local residential building standards
Acceptance criteria
The drawing must print clearly at A1, maintain correct scale, and be ready for direct inclusion in a planning submission without further drafting.
