I’m ready to lodge a planning application and now need a cohesive set of concept drawings produced at 1 : 100. The package must cover three core areas: a clearly dimensioned site plan, matching floor plans for the proposal, and corresponding elevation views. Alongside the drawings, I also require a concise report outlining the materials, colours and finishes I intend to use so council officers can understand the overall aesthetic.
