Pile Cap BBS & Shop Drawings

I need a complete Bar Bending Schedule and matching shop drawings for a pile cap that will be checked against ACI requirements. You will be working from my existing detailed structural drawings, so accuracy in translating those details is critical.

For the BBS, please capture every bar length and bend, along with the total quantity of each bar mark. The shop drawing must clearly show bar placement, lap locations, cover, and any construction joints so the site team can fabricate and fix without questions.

Deliverables
• Bar Bending Schedule in Excel or compatible spreadsheet showing bar mark, diameter, shape code, individual length, quantity, and total weight
• Editable CAD file (DWG) of the pile-cap reinforcement layout and a PDF sheet set ready for issue

Acceptance criteria
• All notation and detailing must comply with the latest ACI provisions referenced in our project specs.
• Dimensions and bar marks must align with the attached structural drawings; any discrepancies to be flagged before submission.
• Files open error-free in AutoCAD 2018 or later.
